What is included in Conference Registration?
As a full-conference attendee, you'll have unlimited access to:
- Breakout sessions, featuring product tracks, an EMC Fundamentals series, partner presentations, and more
- Dynamic keynotes from prominent industry leaders
- A Solutions Exhibition showcasing EMC partners
- Valuable networking opportunities
- An assortment of spectacular social activities, featuring the Momentum Grand Opening Reception, the famous cultural evening and the incredible final evening party
- A variety of valuable on-site resources, including the User Design Interface Lab, EMC Software Products and Services Showcase, Studio D, and the Cyber Café
And much more. You'll also receive conference materials and Momentum collectibles, and enjoy daily meal functions as outlined in the agenda.
What is Group Registration?
Because Momentum offers so many valuable sessions, events, and networking opportunities, EMC encourages organizations to send multiple representatives to the conference. A discounted fee of €1,100 per person is available for groups of five or more registrants from the same company. To qualify for this discount, select the "Group Registration" category at the time of registration and pay the applicable fee based on date of registration. At the conclusion of Momentum, we will validate your company's five attendees and refund the difference between the rate paid and the group rate of €1,100. The group discount is valid only for registrations received on or before October 13. All on-site registrations—regardless of group status—will be available at the registration rate of €1,375 per person and are not subject to the group discount. Should you need to change the members of your group, you are allowed one name substitution per registrant. All other cancellation policies apply.
What is included in the One-Day Pass?
If your schedule doesn't allow you to take advantage of the entire conference, the Momentum One-Day Pass will enable you to attend one of the four program days: Monday, October 23, Tuesday, October 24; Wednesday, 25 October; or Thursday, October 26. Each One-Day Pass includes the following:
- Admittance to the daily sessions (EMC fundamental, general session, breakout sessions, etc.) on your selected day
- Entry into the Solutions Exhibition on your selected day
- Lunch on the day of your pass
- Morning and afternoon refreshment breaks on the day of your pass
- Any evening events or activities scheduled on your selected day
- Momentum conference materials and collectibles distributed on the day of your pass
What is the Momentum Alumni Program?
To thank loyal Momentum attendees for their continued support, EMC recognizes individuals who have attended four or more previous Momentums by granting them Alumni status. As a Momentum alumnus, you'll receive special benefits during the conference. Stay tuned for details.
Can you invoice my organisation?
If you register on or after October 20, we cannot invoice your organisation and you must pay for your Momentum registration with a credit card (American Express, MasterCard, or Visa). Before October 20, to be invoiced please register online and select "Invoice" under Payment Type. Once your registration is submitted, an invoice will be sent to you providing you with payment information and instructions. Acceptable methods of payment include cheque, wire transfer, and credit card (American Express, MasterCard, or Visa). You will still have to provide a credit card number to secure your registration for Momentum; however, no charges will be applied unless payment is not received by the specified deadline.
