Accommodations
 The city of Rome offers a wide range of accommodations, with something to suit all requirements in terms of comfort, style, and price.
Conference registration for Momentum Rome does not include hotel accommodation, so you must make your reservations directly with your preferred Momentum Conference Hotel. See below for official Momentum hotels and booking information.

Momentum Conference Hotels
The Momentum organisers have secured allocations at preferential rates at six Rome hotels, chosen for their popularity with business travellers and proximity to the Cavalieri Hilton Hotel.

* All room rates are based on single occupancy of a standard room per night, including buffet breakfast, service, 10% Italian VAT, and all other taxes.
Alternative Hotels
Delegates booking one of the following alternative hotels must make their own travel arrangements to/from the Cavalieri Hilton Hotel. Each of the following hotels is close to one of the Momentum Conference Hotels, where shuttle services will be operating on each of the conference days. Please refer to the Rome Hotel Map for details of the nearest conference hotel.
Additional alternative hotels will be added to the list below as allocations at the main Conference Hotels become full.

Terms and Conditions
You must make your own accommodation reservations directly with your preferred Momentum Conference Hotel as detailed above. You are also responsible for settling your own room charges and extras upon departure. Room reservations can only be guaranteed by providing credit card details for security. Any cancellations or amendments to your reservation must be made in writing and sent directly to your chosen hotel. Cancellation charges may apply according to the terms and conditions detailed on the official Momentum Reservation Form for the hotel you have booked.
Hotel Shuttle Service
During Momentum Rome, a complimentary hotel shuttle service will operate between the Cavalieri Hilton Hotel and the main Conference Hotels from Monday, October 23 until Thursday, October 26, 2006.
Shuttle buses will be available early morning and late afternoon to transfer delegates to and from the Cavalieri Hilton Hotel. Click here for a complete schedule of bus times and pick up points.
No shuttles will be provided for the alternative hotels, including the Visconti Palace and Giulio Cesare Hotels.
