Where can I find an agenda and a schedule of conference sessions?

What type of sessions can I expect at Momentum Anaheim?
A wide selection of breakouts will be offered at the conference, ranging from executive sessions for CIOs and line-of-business managers to extremely technical presentations for developers and advanced EMC software users. Will pre-conference tutorials be offered this year? If so, when are they and what is the cost?
Pre-conference tutorials will be held on Monday, September 18 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Full-day tutorials cost an additional $395, while half-day sessions run $255. For a complete listing of courses, visit the Momentum Tutorials page.


What are EMC Fundamentals?
Held on Monday, September 18, EMC Fundamentals sessions will provide you with a baseline understanding of key business application areas, such as information lifecycle management, enterprise content management, collaboration, records management, digital asset management, and more. New users are encouraged to attend these sessions to attain a basic understanding of all the possibilities EMC software solutions afford. No additional fee is required to attend EMC Fundamentals sessions.

Where can I get information on exhibiting at Momentum Anaheim?

When is the exhibit registration deadline?
Sponsorships are available and are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. On average, nearly 50% of Momentum sponsorships sell within the first few weeks of registration opening (March 6), and sponsorships sell out every year—so do not delay!


Are Exhibition-Only passes available?
Exhibition-Only passes are available for $800. These passes allow admittance into the Exhibit Hall for each day of the Solutions Exhibition (September 18–20) and include all activities taking place in the Exhibition. New this Year: Exhibition-Only Passes include admission to all evening conference functions, including Wednesday's final evening special event. Please note: These passes do not include admission to breakouts or general sessions.

Who should attend Momentum Anaheim?
Momentum Anaheim is open to all EMC customers, partners, and other members of the EMC community. A wide variety of individuals will benefit from attending Momentum—including application developers, consultants, project managers, executives, e-business directors, Web developers, engineers, IT professionals, system administrators, line-of-business managers, and end users.


What is the registration cost for attending Momentum Anaheim? Are any special discounts available?
Discounts are available for Momentum Anaheim. Registration rates vary based on when you sign up and whether you register with other members of your company. See the table below for more details or visit the Registration Information page.

How do I register to attend the conference?
Online registration for Momentum Anaheim opens May 1.


What is the payment policy?
Acceptable methods of payment include check, money order (U.S. funds only), or credit card (American Express, Diners Club, MasterCard, or Visa). Registrations received without payment will not be processed.


What is the conference's cancellation/substitution policy?
A $300 administrative fee will apply to all cancellations received between May 1 and June 30, 2006. A $595 administrative fee will apply to all cancellations received between July 1 and September 8, 2006. No refunds will be granted for cancellations received after September 8, 2006. If you have registered for Momentum Anaheim but are unable to attend, you may substitute another employee from your company once at no additional charge. All cancellations and substitutions must be received in writing at momentumlive@maritz.com or through the Returning Visitors section of the main registration page with your Confirmation Number.


May I register at the conference?
Attendees may register on-site for a fee of $1,650. We recommend either registering before June 30 to take advantage of our special early bird rate of $1,250 or signing up with four or more colleagues to receive the group discount.


Can I bring a guest to Momentum's special events?
Guest passes can be purchased for $195. This pass allows attendees to bring one guest (must be at least 21 years old) to Momentum's two special evening events: the Grand Opening Reception on September 18 and the special final evening celebration on September 20. Guests are not permitted in the general sessions, conference sessions, or daily meals.

The Anaheim Marriott and the Sheraton Park are both offering Momentum attendees special conference rates. To make your reservation, contact your hotel of choice and be sure to mention Momentum to secure the special rate.

What is the weather like in Anaheim in September?
Pack your bathing suit. Anaheim weather in September is exceptionally beautiful, with highs generally running in the mid 80s (F) and lows dropping only to the mid 60s. Visit www.weather.com for the most accurate information.


What should I wear during the conference?
Because Momentum is set in a relaxed, professional atmosphere, attire for the conference is business casual. Meeting room temperatures can be cool and the climate may vary, so it is recommended that you wear layered clothing for comfort.


What should I do if I require special assistance or have special dietary needs?
During the conference registration process, you will be asked if you have special needs or requests. If you require special assistance or have particular dietary needs, be sure to complete the appropriate section when registering for the conference.


How can I be contacted by other attendees while at the conference?
A message board will be set up on-site in a central location, offering attendees an area to post and receive messages throughout the conference.


How can someone who isn't at the conference contact me?
